Our guest artists for this concert will be the recipients of the Harold J. Johnston Memorial Scholarship. This has become a highlight for our concert season.

We are pleased to offer two $1000 scholarships to graduating seniors who will be continuing their education at the college level. Thank you for supporting the Harold J. Johnston Scholarship Fund.

The Sedalia Symphony Orchestra, which began in 1935 at the suggestion of the ladies of the Helen G. Steele Music Club, is now in its 84th season. This is a source of pride for our community.

We appreciate and celebrate the many orchestral members, past and present, whose dedication has moved us forward over the years, along with our conductors; Abe Rosenthal, Harold J. Johnston, Gwendolyn Kappelman, and now Luke Lyons.
